Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium-sized bowl with a whisk
Mix sugar, vegetable oil, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl with a whisk
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together
Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with batter
Put it in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Move the cupcakes to a wire rack and let them cool completely before frosting
Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes first
