Paleo Peppermint Brownies

With these Paleo Peppermint Brownies, savor the delicious blend of crisp peppermint and rich chocolate. These healthy, paleo, vegan, and gluten-free brownies are made with good ingredients, so you can indulge your sweet tooth without sacrificing flavor or dietary restrictions.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • Crushed candy canes, for topping optional

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F

An 8x8-inch baking pan should be greased or lined with parchment paper

Almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl

To the dry ingredients, add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract

Blend until thoroughly blended

Add the dairy-free chocolate chips and mix well

Evenly distribute the batter after pouring it into the baking pan

A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs after 20 to 25 minutes of baking in a preheated oven

Take it out of the oven and give it ten minutes to cool in the pan

Crushed candy canes can be added to the brownie tops if desired

To slice and serve, let the brownies cool completely in the pan
