Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter or cooking oil
Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper
Whisk the mixture until well combined and slightly frothy
Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat
Pour the egg mixture into the pan
Stir continuously with a spatula, gently folding the eggs, until they are cooked to your desired consistency usually 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat immediately when still slightly runny as they will continue to cook from the residual heat
Serve hot and garnish with herbs or cheese if desired
