Perfect Garlic Butter Fried Rice

This garlic butter fried rice is a delicious and satisfying dish thats quick and easy to make. The combination of garlic, butter, and savory soy sauce creates a flavorful and comforting meal.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

A big wok or skillet should be heated to medium-high heat

Melt the butter after adding it to the skillet

When the garlic is fragrant, add the minced garlic and saut it for about 30 seconds

To the skillet, add the frozen peas and diced carrots

Cook for two to three minutes, or until they begin to soften

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet from the other side after pushing the vegetables to one side

Till the eggs are thoroughly cooked, scramble them

Add the scrambled eggs, sauted vegetables, and cooked rice together

Blend thoroughly

To the skillet, add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper

Stir-fry for a further two to three minutes, making sure that everything is heated through and coated evenly

Add some chopped green onions as a garnish, then serve hot
