Ingredients:
- 1 flatbread crust
- 1/2 cup strawberry slices
- 1/2 cup pear slices
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425F 220C
Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone
Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the flatbread crust, leaving a small border around the edges
Evenly distribute the strawberry and pear slices on top of the pesto sauce
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the fruit
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper
Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned
Remove the flatbread from the oven and drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top
Garnish with fresh basil leaves
