Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Put the frozen bananas, spinach, avocado, cucumber, almond milk, and chia seeds in a blender
If you need to, add more almond milk to get the consistency you want
Blend until smooth
