This gluten-free fried ravioli is great as a snack on game day or any other time. These little treats are sure to be a hit They are crispy on the outside and filled with tasty cheese.
Ingredients:
- 1 package gluten-free ravioli
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a shallow bowl with gluten-free breadcrumbs
First, coat each ravioli in the beaten eggs
Then, cover them with the breadcrumb mixture and press them down gently to stick
Warm up the oil in a big pan over medium-high heat
Fry the coated ravioli one at a time for about two to three minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil
Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side
