Buttermilk Waffles Gluten-Free

MILF Dating Leicester

Waffles made with buttermilk taste great, but they dont have gluten. These waffles are light and fluffy, and theyre great for brunch or breakfast on the weekend. They taste and feel great because they are made with a mix of gluten-free all-purpose flour and almond flour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to heat it up

Mix the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with a whisk in a large bowl that doesnt have gluten

Take out a different bowl and mix the eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and buttermilk with a whisk

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed

Dont mix it too much; a few lumps are fine

Brush cooking spray or a little melted butter on the waffle iron to make it smooth

Place enough batter on the waffle iron that has already been heated to cover the waffle grid

Close the waffle iron and cook the waffles for the amount of time suggested by the manufacturer

Usually, this is between 4 and 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp

Take the waffles out of the iron carefully and keep them warm while you cook the rest of the batter

You can top the warm gluten-free buttermilk waffles with fresh berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream, or anything else you like
