Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Shred mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring every 30 seconds, until everything is melted and well mixed
Mix baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and almond flour together in a different bowl
When you add the eggs to the melted cheese, stir them in until they are fully mixed in
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture while mixing them in
Keep doing this until a dough forms
Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet
Spread the dough out on a baking sheet and shape it into a loaf
Cheese that has been grated should be put on top of the loaf
Heat the oven and put the bread in it
Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and feels firm
Let the bread cool a bit before cutting it up and serving it
