Ingredients:

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup grated apple about 1 large apple
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons water flax egg

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Use coconut oil to grease a Bundt pan and almond flour to dust it

Put almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl

Applesauce, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a different bowl

After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ones, mix them together well

If you want to add nuts, apple cider vinegar, grated apple, and a flax egg, do so now

As soon as the Bundt pan is ready, pour the batter into it

Put it in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

The cake should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down

If you want, you can dust it with powdered sugar or drizzle it with a glaze after its cool
